Well...old SwineBelly and son didn't do terrible but we don't have much to brag about either. Our ribs placed 18th out of 51 teams there. And guess what? It's the only entry we cooked on the Keg. I entered the dessert category and made some bread pudding and a rum sauce to go on it. First place dessert! That was good for $200. I wish I could brag about 1st place brisket or chicken, but they didn't even place.
I learned a lot from this competition and we'll try harder next time. I have a few pictures I may post later.

Not bad all for your 1st comp! You hooked yet?  Smiley

Vindii, IBCA doesn't typically have overall ranking outside the top 10. If you didn't make top 10 for any particular turn in (chicken for example) the next best thing would be making final tables - which is 11-20th place. They usually announce those in order 11-20 after they go through the top 10.
