heres the recipe i used for the meat loaf. the set up was cast iron grate on lower level then 12. pizza stone. i put 4 copper elbo spacers on stone then 12 in. drip pan that i covered in allum foil for easy clean up then extension grate that put the meat loaf on without pan. cooked at 300 til meatloaf read 165. this recipe the recipe i found on the internet

  2lbs. ground beef                                                                1 egg
                                                                                           1 tsp. kosher salt
  1lb. ground pork                                                                 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  1/2 cup minced onion                                                          1 tsp. tabasco
  1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper,  i used red                  1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  1 cup bread crunbs crumbs   i used italian style                     1/2 cup beef stock
  2 tbs. worchestershire
  3 cloves minced garlic
