Vindii,
Yeah, the wife does her CC with Panko.  Good stuff.  Not sure what's in Panko, but I grew up on the stuff back in the 60's while on air bases in Japan.

The CC on this plate is my wife's recipe with Panko.  She does a egg dip and Panko roll then frys them.

Moderator - I was not aware that pronography was allowed in these forums. I realize it is food pron, but still......... . Wow. This is altogether impressive.

I made these last night.  It's way out of my zone as far as what I know how to cook.  It was pretty easy though.  Came out very good.  Mine was a bit heavy on the salt but not due to the recipe.  I just added too much.  I tend not to measure.   Roll Eyes

Thanks for the recipe Skins.

They are closed minded idiots (did I just say that?? YEP!) and they can't see the usefulness of other types of cookers.

Plus the homemade Mayo is on my list.

Go to youtube and type in timbercooks its a video I made years ago how to make homemade mayo in less than a minute, there are numerous similar uploads. The recipe never failed me. I have moved on to alton browns recipe for mayo but the technique is the same. I have not bought (refuse to)  buy processed mayo in over 6 years
