cooked a small pork roast on the bubba keg and it turned out the best i have done. pork roast was 3 1/2 lbs. took 7hrs. had temp. about 240. this is how i did it. put cast iron grate on lower level put 12in. pizza stone on grate ( i have a med. gr egg) put alluminum pan on pizza stone then put on upper grate with roast that i had put salt, pepper and garlic that i had in refrig. overnight. cook pork until 200 then wrap in foil for 1 hour then pull. like i said it was great.  i had the bubba keg since may but had trouble posting. i have cooked pizza, cakes, pies, pork steaks, ribs and chicken. this was the first time for pulled pork.

Sounds great.  Did you add wood for smoking?
