1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 Tbsp honey

Mix tomato paste, water, and olive oil.  Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Heat on medium low until it bubbles, reduce to minimum and simmer 20 minutes.  Let stand for one hour and then add honey.
