Title: Pizza on the Broil King Stone with a Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA

Tried out the Broil King 3/4" thick pizza stone I received at Kegfest for the first time tonight.  Very nice.  Thanks Rich, Taylor and OMC.  I used my 1/4" steel on top of the inverted Broil King diffuser rack, a couple of Weber wire grates on top of the steel and the Broil King stone on top of the Weber grates.  Did a 50 minute preheat, adjusted the vents to limit the temp to 650*.
Used Skins recipe for the skin, 50% King Arthur Bread Flour and 50% Caputo, just doesn't get any better.

With the addition of the BKK steel and premium stone to the accessory lineup Broil King has widened the versatility of the Keg.  Nice job OMC.  For those of you that ordered the BKK steel you'll find it makes a nice addition to the keg.  Bake on it, use it as a wood fired flattop griddle, a diffuser as I did here, easy to clean, doesn't require seasoning, you're going to love it.

Fantastic look, and thanks for the write up on the setup. Local bbq shop is trying to order me the thick stone, hope to replicate your pizza.......the beer isn't here :(

That looks amazing.
The pizza stone I have had for 15 years just cracked recently, I am thinking about the bkk stone. Looks pretty heavy, it's that or axner stone.

Bluther2, I really like the thick Broil King stone hope you can get one.  The steel under it makes a great diffuser and thermal transfer mass.  Broil King has come out with a great combination, the steel is indestructible.  I hope they add it to their accessory lineup and not just a limited run.
